Ordering and your details
Your cart stores menu selections and quantities on this device so you can return to it. You can remove this data by clearing your order or your browser’s site storage. Customer contact details are not saved in the local cart.
When you continue an order, the website may securely store your name, mobile number, order details and any supplied address or notes to prepare and fulfil your request. If online storage is unavailable, a WhatsApp order message is prepared instead. You still review and send the message yourself.
When WhatsApp automation is active, incoming messages, order details, reservation requests and catering or support enquiries may be processed and stored with our service providers, Meta and Supabase, for restaurant operations. Staff can review requests and update order progress. Draft references expire after 24 hours. Expiry prevents use of the reference; it does not itself delete the record.
Submitting a website table or catering form securely saves the supplied request details with Supabase for restaurant staff to review, before you optionally continue in WhatsApp. A reservation request is not a confirmed booking; restaurant staff must confirm availability. The website does not process online payments or create customer accounts.
Placing an order does not subscribe you to marketing. Marketing consent is separate and defaults to off. No advertising or analytics trackers have been added to this version.
Opening WhatsApp shares the prefilled message with WhatsApp, whose own privacy terms apply. Calling the restaurant uses your device’s phone application. For questions about access, correction, retention or deletion of information shared with us, contact the restaurant through the contact page.
